Mazaya Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, Town Ten New Oraby, in Old Obour City, during an extensive press conference held alongside the signing of a strategic partnership with Infinity View, a subsidiary of Advanced Systems Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Infinity View specializes in providing integrated solutions for various types of projects, as well as contracting and construction execution. The partnership reflects a shared vision to deliver an integrated urban development in accordance with the highest technical and engineering standards.
The launch marks a new phase in Mazaya Developments’ journey, representing the company’s first expansion beyond the New Capital and reaffirming its strategy of carefully planned expansion into areas with strong and promising investment potential.
Eng. Mohamed Allam, Chairman of Mazaya Developments, said that the launch of Town Ten New Oraby represents a landmark milestone in the company’s history after nearly ten years of operations in the Egyptian real estate market.
