We would like to update you on the latest engineering and construction progress at the project in accordance with the current work schedule:
First: Waterproofing & Basement Works
- Ongoing completion of surface preparation works prior to waterproofing for the front basement retaining wall
- Ongoing completion of masonry works for the left-side wall of the first basement level
Second: First Basement Slab Works
- Continuation of carpentry and steel reinforcement works for the first basement slab
- Installation of first basement slab beams and continuation of reinforcement works
- Continuation of reinforcement and formwork works for the building core
- Execution of the first reinforcement layer works and completion of the first basement slab preparations
- Steel material stockpiling in preparation for concrete casting works
- Completion of the remaining concrete casting works for the first basement slab 🙏
Third: Ground Floor Works
- Ongoing reinforcement and formwork works for the ground floor vertical structural elements
Fourth: Plaza Works
- Completion of the first basement plaza concrete casting
