We would like to update you on the latest engineering and construction progress at the project in accordance with the current work schedule:
First: Plastering & Rendering Works
- Ongoing execution and completion of plastering works across all project floors
- Noticeable progress in rendering works at various levels of the project
Second: Painting & Finishing Works
- Painting works are currently underway on different floors
- Continuation of putty application and surface preparation for final painting works
- Ongoing internal finishing works throughout all project floors
Third: Flooring Works (Marble)
- Continued supply and delivery of the project’s marble materials
- Execution of marble flooring works on several floors
Fourth: Facades & Aluminum Works
- Ongoing installation of aluminum and glass façade systems
- Continued façade installation works in accordance with the approved design
Fifth: Doors & Duct Works
- Completion of door and duct frame fixing works on various floors
- Work progress is proceeding according to the approved project schedule
